Our detailed knowledge of materials degradation processes and our extensive pedigree in consequence modeling means we understand the business, safety and environmental risks associated with the failure of plant and equipment. It enables us to optimise the asset integrity management process, whilst helping our customers to make the most cost effective use of their capital and operating expenditure. We’re also able to advise on the development and implementation of policy, as well as the detailed engineering and metallurgical aspects of equipment design, maintenance and performance.

ESR Technology uses both in-house and proprietary software tools to efficiently produce accurate, robust and auditable solutions. These include AXSYS.Integrity for Corrosion Risk Assessments and Risk Based Inspection planning, and the RBMS suite for Maintenance and Inspection planning.

In addition we have developed cutting-edge techniques for the inspection and evaluation of materials and equipment, such as MAPS: our unique technology for non-destructive, non-contact stress measurement of ferromagnetic materials.
